The Founders
Pas Frezza
Co-Founder and Creative Director
Pas began his career as a Reputation Manager and Graphic Designer in Naples, before joining Brand Portal Milano as a Copywriter. After a period as a screenwriter and freelancer, he joined Gruppo BBDO, where he served as Clients Creative Director. After ten years, he moved to Gruppo Serviceplan as Creative Director, and later worked as Executive Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson. Today he is Creative Director and Co-Founder of Uànema. From 2014 to 2025 he taught Radio and Lateral Thinking at the Accademia di Comunicazione, and since 2021 he has been teaching Creative Direction at IED Milano.
Luca Iannucci
Co-Founder and Creative Director
Luca began his career in communication as a Graphic Designer, before joining Leagas Delaney and AUGE as Art Director, and later DLV BBDO as Clients Creative Director. After thirteen years, he moved to Serviceplan as Creative Director, and then spent four years as Executive Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson, named "Creative Agency of the Year" in Italy in 2021. Today he is Creative Director and Co-Founder of Uànema. Since 2013 he has collaborated with the Politecnico di Milano, and since 2021 he has been teaching Creative Direction at IED Milano.
